Courtney began her career in the construction and design industry in 2020 with a subcontracting firm, where she developed a strong foundation in project coordination and client service. In 2022, she transitioned into kitchen design, eventually expanding her role into full-scope building materials sales and marketing—experience she gained over three years with the same company.

Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Marymount University, where she was also a dedicated member of the cheerleading team for four years. Now based in Maine with her two children, she’s excited to bring her passion for design and customer experience to the Open Concepts team.
